What a lovely idea and what beautiful yarn - Jen
ReplyDeleteThanks Jen!
DeleteThis yarn is like working with a soft airy spider web. I have knitted with it before but this is the first time to crochet with it. I love it! Very feminine looking :)))
Want to make someone feel beautiful with it.
You have a lovey week in your sunny part of the world!

Hi Danette, you have such a pretty blog and I love this pink post :) Your scarf is beautiful, I can't wait to see it finished. The yarn looks so soft. Oh and those pink hooks are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHello Elisabeth!
DeleteAnd WELCOME! So happy you want to be my new friend!!! You must be a fellow *PINK* lover :)
I look forward to blogging with you,
Danette
The yarn looks amazing. I looked it up and found a couple places I can purchase it. We don't have a yarn shop here--just Hobby Lobby and JoAnns with very basic yarns. The pattern is beautiful and I can imagine how soft it is. Will one skein make one?
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela!
DeleteAnd WELCOME! I am so glad you are my new friend!!!
No Yarn Shop ~ EEEEKKK!!!!!
The pattern says 1 skein but I am discovering it will go through at least part, if not all, of a 2nd skein. The cost was $12.00 per skein.
It is SO SOFT!
Looking forward to blogging with you,
Blessings,
Danette
The colour of the yarn is so pretty, I must try find myself some. ^ ^
ReplyDeleteThank You Jum!
DeleteYes, do look for it. It cost $12 per skein. I will go through probably 2 skeins for this scarf. Less if you knit with it instead of crochet. Crocheting uses 2/3 more yarn than knitting does. I love the color too. *PINK* is my favorite color also!
Happy Day Sweetie,
Danette
