Rose Trellis Scarf

I have crocheted a new scarf for my
Although its made of wool, alpaca and angora
it's very lacy and airy.
I think it's a good year round scarf,
depending on the climate someone lives in.
It's very
foo~foo
&
pink
&
rosy
&
downright
*GIRLIE*
Aaahhhhhhh.....
all of my favorite things :)
At 72 inches long there is enough length to wrap it anyway you like it.
There's just something so feminine about
soft pink
&
just barely
off white.
I love the slightly diagonal effect the weight of the roses give the shape.
And, of course, I adore the sheer splendour
of the

Even though this could be worn all Winter long,
because of the overall
delicate
feel of it,
I think it steps nicely into early
Spring.

I hope your days are filled with
sunshine
blue skies
&
ROSY
thoughts of
SPRING!

    1. Thanks Shari!
When I was putting the pictures on my blog I thought of you. I knew it would be something you would like. And the dresser was given to me by a friend years ago because she was moving & didn't want it anymore. I painted it right away and added the roses a few years later. That friend has passed away now, at a too young age from cancer. So the dresser is special to me. I keep it in my office/craft room and it holds my Etsy items and packaging products.
      Have a lovely weekend,

  7. Danette, I'm just curious how you get your roses to turn out like that? Mine never do! Lol, I like the "real" look of them, how the petals stand and curve around the center bud. Just like a real rose.

    1. Hi Sarah!
I have several rose patterns I use but one that is my favorite. I should email you that pattern and see if it makes a difference for you because I don't think it's anything I am doing special. I just LOVE roses!
      Have a lovely day,
